About HRSN

HRSN is a social service organization dedicated to providing support and resources to individuals in need. We are committed to empowering individuals and creating brighter futures. Our organization is focused on making a real-world impact and highlighting success stories that inspire hope and resilience.

Why Does HRSN Exist?

Research shows that:

  • Housing instability increases ER visits and hospitalizations

  • Food insecurity worsens chronic disease

  • Evictions increase mental health crises

HRSN allows Medicaid dollars to address root causes instead of just treating symptoms.

Our Foundation

At SCP, we understand that stable housing is the foundation for physical health, mental wellness, and long term opportunity.
